We offer installation and training on the equipment we offer for sale. Our installations are performed by factory trained technicians. We recommend our installation & training option to customers who have little or no experience with installing or operating the system they are purchasing. This allows our customer to have their system installed to factory specifications and their users properly trained on the system.
We have outlined below a typical installation completed at a customer site where we installed a Karl Suss MJB3 Mask Aligner.

| The system is installed to factory specifications. All components and accessories are properly assembled onto the system. As the installation proceeds our technician answers any questions the users may have on system setup, operation, or maintenance. |

| Once installation has been completed the system is setup using your wafers and process parameters. Training then begins. The main users are shown how to properly operate the system from start to finish. Maintenance Training is also covered. |
Once an installation is completed our warranty becomes effective. Our technicians are available for over-the-phone or on-site support.
We only provide installation and training on systems purchased from us directly.
