ClassOne Equipment joins MEMS Industry Group (MIG)

ClassOne Equipment is pleased to announce that it has joined MEMS Industry Group (MIG), the trade association advancing MEMS across global markets.  MEMS Industry Group is the only industry group that is solely focused on promoting greater commercialization of MEMS.

ClassOne Equipment specializes in providing high quality refurbished wafer fabrication, metrology, and inspection equipment specifically to the Semiconductor and MEMS industries.  The Company’s primary focus and expertise is on Suss and EVG Mask Aligners and Wafer Bonders, Semitool Wet Process Equipment, Hitachi SEMs, and KLA-Tencor wafer metrology equipment.  These tools are integral in most MEMS processes and are found in nearly all MEMS fabs and many university research labs worldwide.  As a result of this focus, MEMS fabs, startup companies, and research institutes, make up approximately 50% of ClassOne’s revenue.
