The Microscope Assembly and Manipulator Assembly are completely disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, reassembled and adjusted.
The Wafer Alignment Stage, WEC Head, and Transport Slide are completely disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, reassembled and adjusted.
The optics are cleaned, tested and adjusted. A full optical alignment of the Microscope is performed.
The Manometer is completely disassembled, cleaned, all tubing replaced, all valves replaced, reassembled and adjusted.
The Lamp Power Supply is disassembled, cleaned, adjusted, reassembled, and tested. Any worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced.
All System Wiring, Pneumatic Hoses, Relays, and Pneumatic Regulators are completely disassembled, cleaned, tested, and reassembled. Any worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced.
All internal and external system tubing replaced with new.
All system tubing replaced with new.
The MJB3's base, panels, and covers are all repainted or replaced.

The MJB3 is supplied with one vacuum chuck and maskholder. We have all sizes of chucks and masks available in stock. We can also custom design chucks and maskholders.
The MJB3 is fully re-assembled and tested to verify compliance to original Suss factory specifications. The result is a high quality machine that will provide you with years of service.
