REFURBISHMENT PROCESS:

1 Receiving and Preparation

Each Semitool SRD, SAT, SST, or ECD system is cleaned and inspected upon arrival in our warehouse.
2 Equipment Refurbishment
  • All subassemblies are disassembled for refurbishment.
  • All bowls sent out to be professionally electroplated.
  • All valves replaced with new.
  • All filters replaced with new.
  • Windows replaced with new.
  • Door seals replaced with new.
  • All supply lines cleaned or replaced.
  • Start/Stop Switches replaced with new, as necessary.
  • Blanket Heaters replaced with new, as necessary.
  • All seals cleaned, replaced as necessary.
  • Rotor Stop Positioners tested and replaced as necessary.
  • Nitrogen Pressure Sensors replaced as necessary.
  • Any worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced.
  • Machine covers receive full cleaning or replaced as needed.
3 Quality Control and Shipping
  • System fully tested to verify compliance to original specifications.
  • System ready for customer acceptance at ClassOne Equipment, prior to shipment.
  • System deinstalled and locked for transport following Semitool factory procedures, made ready for packing and crating.
