REFURBISHMENT PROCESS:

1 Receiving and Preparation
  • Wet benches are cleaned and inspected upon arrival in our warehouse.
  • Disassembly of all baths/tank and key components, initial testing to sort and select acceptable parts/assemblies.
  • As applicable, components and assemblies sent to repair areas for servicing.
2 Refurbishing

All subassemblies are completely disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, reassembled and adjusted. Worn or damaged parts are repaired, replaced or upgraded.

  • Full decontamination of all acids or solvents performed.
  • Full electrical systems test; components replaced with new or rebuilt parts, as necessary.
  • Each tank/bath serviced and tested individually, reassembled into deck and re-tested thoroughly.
  • Bench is fully tested to verify compliance to original specification.
3 Quality Control and Shipping
  • Wet bench deinstalled and all moving components/tanks secured for safe transit.
  • Each professional crate includes a floating base with tip-n-tell and shockwatch devices.
  • All shipping conducted via approved vendors experienced in global transport of sensitive semiconductor equipment.
