ClassOne specializes in the sale of reconditioned Nanometrics Nanospec and Nanoline Systems. The Nanospec Series includes the Nanospec 180, 181, 210, 210UV, 210XP, 3000, 4000, 4150, and 6100. The Nanoline Series includes the Nanoline 50, 50-2, and 50-2c.
The Nanospec Series is used to make fast, precise measurements of single-layer films such as oxide, nitride, photoresist, and other layer thicknesses down to 25 Angstroms. The Nanoline Series is used for line width and critical dimension measurement of semiconductor down to 0.8um.
All Nanospec and Nanoline Systems are fully reconditioned to meet or exceed original factory specifications. Our Nanometrics Systems are sold with a 3 month warranty and full factory specification guarantee. We support our Nanometrics systems with spare parts, service, and installation/training.

- Initial Functional and cosmetic inspection.
- Disassembly as necessary and testing of major components to sort and select acceptable parts/assemblies.
- As applicable, components and assemblies sent to repair areas for servicing.

- Check and adjust focus block on microscope stand.
- Adjust stage tension and motion.
- Clean, parfocal and parcentral all objectives.
- Realign optical columnation.
- Adjust lamp alignment.
- Clean and re-lube all moving parts in head assembly; realign head optics when necessary.
- Replace Photo Multiplier Tube (PMT), as necessary.
- Check and adjust all critical voltages in computer.
- Verify computer is fully functional; upgrade software to latest revision.
- Verify CRT and printer is fully functional; replace as appropriate (Nanoline 50-2 systems are upgraded with new 17” Flat Panel Monitors).
- Verify system meets or exceeds all factory specifications.

- Detail cleaning of system.
- System properly deinstalled and made ready for packing (as recommended/required by Nanometrics factory).
- System packed: All components and accessories bubble wrapped individually. All parts packed individually are labeled clearly for easy unpacking when received.
- Shipping arrangements made with approved shipping company.
- Shipping documentation provided; Shipment confirmation email sent with applicable tracking information provided.
