Inspect & Test:
- Vacuum System
- Optics.
- Microscope & moveable bridge positioning mechanisms.
- Microscope focusing mechanisms.
- Electromagnetic or vacuum brake mechanisms (if applicable)
- Platen height adjustment mechanism.
- Stage positioning mechanism: X, Y, Z, & Theta.
- Peripherals, such as probe positioners, light sources, and imaging systems included with system.
Replace:
- Corroded & damaged fasteners (nuts, screws, etc.).
- Damaged or discolored vacuum tubing.
- Damaged wiring.
If mechanisms do not move smoothly or properly:
- Adjust, replace, and/or lubricate where appropriate; ball bearings, cartridge bearings, & recirculating ball bearing assemblies.
- Adjust bridge and microscope positioning cable assemblies.
- Adjust & clean stage guide, casters, and coarse positioning mechanisms, as well as adjust and lubricate (if needed) micrometric x, y, theta-axis fine-positioning adjusters & spring loaded guide assemblies (as applicable).
- Tighten any loose fasteners.

- Station fully tested to verify compliance to original specifications.
- Station thoroughly cleaned inside and out.
- Station made ready for packing/crating; chuck/stage properly secured, microscope secured, transport locks used where necessary.
- System packed: All components and accessories bubble wrapped individually. All parts labeled clearly.
- System crated professionally. Crate includes a floating base, tip-n-tell & shockwatch devices inside and outside of crate.
- Shipping arrangements made with approved shipping company (companies approved by ClassOne have extensive experience transporting sensitive equipment worldwide while at the same time providing very competitive pricing).
- Shipment confirmation email sent with applicable tracking information provided.

Our lead time ranges between 3-6 weeks depending on the system3. All our Probe Stations are available for full inspection and demo at our facility in Atlanta, Georgia.

- All used probe stations are refurbished at ClassOne’s facility and carry a 6-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. A 30-day right of return is included with each probe station.
- ClassOne guarantees that each refurbished probe station is complete and meets original factory specifications.
- All probe stations are purchased used and refurbished completely at ClassOne’s facility in Atlanta, GA. Lead times vary depending on the level of refurbishment required and any options/upgrades requested by customer.
