- Replacement, Rebuilding or Refurbishment of components and assemblies, as appropriate.
- Housings and covers reworked or painted, as appropriate
- Thorough detail cleaning of complete system.
- Replacement of worn mechanical parts with good parts (only factory approved parts, new or rebuilt).
- Functional testing to factory specifications per recommended diagnostics and procedures.
- Application software testing as appropriate.
- Full functional testing of system.

| Quality Control and Shipping |

- Final functional testing documented (video/pictures).
- System deinstalled and made ready for packing/crating (all assemblies locked down and secured).
- System packed: All components bubble wrapped individually. All parts labeled clearly.
- Professional crating of system. Each crate includes a floating base, tip-n-tell devices, and shockwatch devices inside and outside of crate. Equipment is vacuum barrier bagged for international shipments.
- Shipping arrangements made with approved shipping company (companies approved by ClassOne have extensive experience transporting sensitive electronics equipment worldwide while at the same time providing very competitive pricing).
- Shipping documentation provided; Shipment confirmation email sent with applicable tracking info.
- All shipments are fully insured.
