Our Wet Benches are sold with a 6 month warranty and full factory specification guarantee. We support our wet benches with spare parts, service, installation/training, and upgrade/modifications.

- Disassembly of all baths/tank and key components, initial testing to sort and select acceptable parts/assemblies.
- As applicable, components and assemblies sent to repair areas for servicing.

- Bench is thoroughly cleaned inside and out; decontamination of any acids or solvents remaining from previous process.
- Full electrical systems test, components replaced with new or rebuilt parts, as necessary.
- Each tank/bath serviced and tested individually, reassembled into deck and re-tested thoroughly.
- Bench is fully tested to verify compliance to original specification.

- Bench deinstalled and made ready for packing/crating (all moving components/tanks secured for safe transit).
- System packed: All components and accessories bubble wrapped individually. All parts packed individually are labeled clearly.
- Professional crating of system. Crate includes a floating base, tip-n-tell devices inside and outside of crate, and shockwatch devices inside and outside of crate.
- Shipping arrangements made with approved shipping company (companies approved by ClassOne have extensive experience transporting sensitive electronics equipment worldwide while at the same time providing very competitive pricing).
- Shipping documentation provided; Shipment confirmation email sent with applicable tracking information provided.
