Warranty Repairs:
If a ClassOne technician or engineer has been unable to resolve your issue by telephone support, a factory repair or onsite service call may be necessary and can be arranged as follows:
- Call Customer Service at +1-770-808-8708 during normal working hours, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your company contact info together with the name and telephone number of the individual whom we may contact for further technical information regarding the problem if necessary.
- Model and serial number of the equipment.
- Description of the problem.
- Customer Service will decide whether parts must be sent to ClassOne’s facility for repair or if necessary, a service representative must be dispatched to your location.
- All parts repaired or replaced are covered under our warranty. All shipping and crating charges are responsibility of customer. All costs incurred for the time and expense of a service representative to replace parts onsite at customer facility are the responsibility of customer (if a service representative is required to perform such replacement or repair).
Warranty calls requested by the customer resulting in replacement of parts which are unnecessary in the opinion of ClassOne, i.e., insufficient air pressure, mishandling of equipment, unauthorized adjustment, blown fuses, power surge damage, etc. will be charged at standard rates.
