ClassOne equipment has specialized in the refurbishment and upgrade of PVA TePla plasma asher systems for many years – especially the TePla 300 and TePla 600, which are barrel plasma reactors used for batch surface cleaning, photo resist strip, and the removal of polyimide layers. (TePla 600 shown at right.)


Our refurbishment process for TePla systems is extremely thorough, starting with complete disassembly down to the tool frame for a thorough cleaning. We then rebuild the system with a new quartz chamber, all new vacuum seals, a new magnetron, professionally cleaned and calibrated mass flow controllers, and a professionally rebuilt vacuum pump. All of our reconditioned TePla ashers are fully guaranteed to be in excellent condition and to deliver original factory performance specifications. Each of these ashers comes with a 6-month warranty and 30-day right of return.


ClassOne Equipment is also able to upgrade the control systems of TePla ashers. We remove the obsolete computer and interface board and install a new PLC and touch screen HMI – to ensure that these systems will deliver top performance and maximum user-friendliness for years to come.
