Yield Engineering Systems (YES) ovens are highly respected in the industry, and ClassOne Equipment's comprehensive refurbishment of these fine tools keeps them delivering peak performance. Today we focus on rebuilding and optimizing a number of models of YES ovens, especially HMDS vapor prime ovens, image reversal ovens, and polyimide bake ovens.

Obsolete sequential controllers are replaced with new PLC and HMI. The electronics cabinet is completely rebuilt with all-new SSR's, all new gas manifolds, a new digital convectron gauge and controller, a new digital temperature controller, new heater elements, and all-new vacuum seals.
We can also provide parts and upgrades as well as a broad range of support services for YES ovens.
