Upgrading YES ovens with ClassOne’s all-new control system
Yield Engineering Systems (YES) ovens are highly respected in the industry, and ClassOne Equipment's PLC upgrade extends the life of these fine tools. Many of the older models contain hardware that is now either obsolete or too expensive to practically repair. ClassOne Equipment has addressed this common industry-issue by developing an upgrade package which replaces core components in the tool’s control system.
More than just updated hardware, we have taken this opportunity to add features and options to the oven without sacrificing basic functionality. For example, many of our upgrades have an automated Leak Rate check function and a removable SD card for data logging.
PLC Upgrade for YES Ovens:
- Obsolete sequential controllers are replaced with new PLC
- New LCD touch-screen HMI, replaces manual push buttons
- Replace obsolete convectron controller with new digital conventron controller
- Replace obsolete temperature controller with new digital temperature controller
- New SD card allows for data logging
- The electronics cabinet is completely rebuilt with all-new SSR's.

Over the years, we have developed standardized procedures for rebuilding and optimizing YES tools. These serve to maximize the thoroughness and efficiency of our process as well as the performance of our rebuilt YES ovens. Our comprehensive refurbishment process includes the replacement of almost every part in the machine with new components...
- Replace heaters with new
- Replace SSRs with new
- Replace gas/vacuum manifold and valves with new
- Replace obsolete sequential controller with new PLC and HMI
- Replace obsolete temperature controller with new digital temperature controller
- Replace analog convectron gauge with new digital gauge
- Replace door seal, as necessary
- Replace door latch, as necessary
- Replace HMDS seals
- Vacuum pump professionally rebuilt
